30-Day Challenge #7 – Journaling

1. Meditation

2. Daily Gratitude

3. Drink More Water

4. Stretching

5. No Caffeine

6. No Social Media

I didn’t use any social media during the month of October.

The biggest difference is how clear, calm, and focused my mind was. It felt like having a good night’s sleep after staying away for a few days. It’s eye-opening how addictive social media can be, and how much time it can take up.

4. Stretching

I loved doing last months stretching challenge.

I logged 25 out of 30 days. The days I missed were when I was traveling for Affiliate Summit East, and the other two days were during “rest days” from the gym.

3. Drink More Water

I’m about to wrap up last month’s 30-day challenge: drinking more water. I’ve never drunk more water in a single month than I did during this one.

Previous 30 Day Challenges

1. Meditation

2. Daily Gratitude

I’m about to finish the 30 day gratitude challenge from last month.

It was easy to find things to be grateful for the first two weeks such as health, family, etc. But I noticed it became harder to find new things to be grateful for as time went on. After two weeks I had to sit down and think deeper about what I’m grateful for.

30 Day Challenge #2: Start a Gratitude Journal

30 Day Challenge #1: Meditation

Who completed the meditation challenge? I’ve had a few messages from people who have completed it and experienced wonderful benefits. If you didn’t complete it then feel free to try again. No one’s keeping score or judging.

Now that you’ve graduated to 10 minutes a day of meditation, I want to recommend a new program I’ve discovered called HeadSpace. It features guided meditation with some challenges.

It’s a new month so lets move on to the next challenge if you’re ready.

Keeping a Gratitude Journal

30 Day Challenge #1: Meditation

Every year we declare that we’re going to become better versions of ourselves.

This year’s different! I’m going to read more, exercise more, and start eating healthier! But strong intentions are not enough and most of us are back to where we started.

I’m here to help you close the gap between what you want to do, and what you actually end up doing.

Today we’re starting a new series called 30 day challenges. Each month i will issue a challenge that I’ve personally have experience in. I’m going to help you by breaking it down and showing you how to achieve the habit.
